Egg Drop Soup
Egg Drop Soup Recipe. A classic Chinese soup that takes no time to make and gives you that warm all over feeling.
|chicken broth||5 cups|
|ginger||1||2 inch piece - peeled and sliced thin|
|soy sauce||1 tsp|
|sesame oil||1 tsp||to taste|
- In a stock pot combine the chicken broth, sliced ginger, soy sauce, sherry, and garlic. Bring to a boil.
- Start stirring the soup in a circular motion and add the beaten eggs slowly.
- Remove from the heat. Add the scallions and sesame oil.
