The national drink of Peru.
|pisco||1 1/2 cups|
|angostura bitters||3/4 tsp||to taste|
|cinnamon||1 Tbsp||powder on top of each glass|
- In a blender add the egg whites and sugar.
- Blend until the egg whites become foamy.
- Add the Pisco, lime juice and enough ice to fill it to the brim of the liquid.
- Blend for up to 2 minutes or until the ice has been completely blended.
- Serve immediately in glasses with a few drops of angostura bitters on top.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
