Jamaica Flower Water
Jamaica Flower Water Recipe. #2 favorite of Mexican juice drinks right behind Horchata.
|jamaica flowers||2 cups||rinsed and drained|
|sugar||3/4 cup||to taste|
- In a stockpot place the jamaica flowers and 2/3 of the water.
- Bring to a boil and lower to a simmer. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and allow to cool for 10 to 20 minutes.
- Strain the juice into a pitcher and add the remaining water and sugar.
- Serve with ice.
