Greek Salad Recipe. This is the classic Greek Salad that takes no time to make and could actually be eaten as a meal.
|cucumber||1||peeled, quartered, and sliced|
|red onion||1/4||peeled and sliced thin|
|feta cheese||1/4 lb||crumbled|
|kalamata olive||1/2 cup||pit removed|
|olive oil||1/4 cup|
|salt||1/2 tsp||to taste|
|black pepper||1/2 tsp||to taste|
- Combine the tomato, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and kalamata olives.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the salad.
- Toss the salad.
- Add salt and black pepper to taste.
Lettuce can be added to the salad but keep in mind that it will begin to get soggy after 10 minutes.
