Chicken with Lime and Spices
|coriander - dry||1 tsp||ground|
|mint (fresh)||1 Tbsp||minced|
|chicken breast||4||skinless and boneless sliced into 1/4 inch strips|
|olive oil||2 Tbsps|
- Combine the coriander, cumin, turmeric, mint, and lime juice in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Add the sliced chicken. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to marinate.
- In a frying pan heat the olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken breasts for 5 minutes on each side.
