Ingredients


Dressing
red onion 1 1/2 Tbsps minced
Dijon mustard 3 Tbsps
salt 1 Tbsp
white distilled vinegar 2/3 cup
water 2/3 cup warm
Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
Tabasco Sauce 1 drop to taste
vegetable oil 1 cup
Salad
spinach 1 bunch - washed well, ends trimmed
button mushroom 1/2 lb sliced thin
bacon 1/2 lb cooked and crumbled
egg 2 hard boiled and chopped
crouton 1 cup


Directions

  1. In a bowl combine the minced red onion, Dijon mustard, salt, vinegar, water, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco sauce.
  2. Whisk in the vegetable oil and set aside for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. In a salad bowl combine the spinach, mushrooms, bacon, chopped eggs, and croutons.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over to taste. Toss and serve.
