Ingredients
| garlic clove | 3 | minced |
| habanero chile | 1/4 | minced |
| sugar | 3 Tbsps | |
| lime | 2 | juiced |
| water | 1 cup | |
| fish sauce | 1/3 cup |
Directions
- In a medium sized bowl combine the minced garlic, minced habanero chile, and sugar. Combine well.
- Add the lime juice and combine so the sugar can begin to dissolve.
- Add the water. Combine.
- Add the fish sauce. Combine.
Notes
The best way to prepare this recipe is through the use of a mortar and pestle. Instead of mincing the garlic clove and habanero chile you can mash them and add the remaining ingredients.
