White Rice Recipe. The best rice. Forget the rice cookers. This take little effort and you get that perfect fluffy rice.
|rice, long white grain||2 cups|
|olive oil||2 Tbsps|
- Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over high heat. And cook for 10 to 15 minutes until most of the water has evaporated and small craters begin to form.
- Stir the rice.
- Cover and reduce the heat to low. Cook for an additional 8 to 10 minutes.
- Fluff the rice with a fork and serve.
