Wasabi Mashed Potatoes
Wasabi Mashed Potatoes Recipe. Add a little spice to your life on this take on the classic mashed potato.
|half & half||1 cup|
|wasabi (paste)||1 tsp||to taste|
- In a stock pot cover the potatoes with water and bring to a boil.
- Boil for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
- Drain the water.
- Add a portion of the half and half. Add a portion of the butter. Mash the potatoes. Continue to add until you get the desired consistency.
- Add the salt and wasabi paste to taste.
- Combine well and serve.
