Tabbouleh Recipe. This is a refreshing salad or appetizer for any meal and incredibly easy to make.
|bulghur wheat||1/3 cup||medium size- soak in water for 1 hour|
|mint (fresh)||3/4 cup||minced|
|green onion||4||finely chopped|
|tomato||2||medium size - finely chopped|
|lemon juice||2 Tbsps|
|olive oil||1 Tbsp|
|black pepper||1 tsp|
- Placed the cracked wheat in a sieve and press down with your hand or the back of a spoon to squeeze all the water out.
- Combine all the ingredients together and mix thoroughly.
