Steak with Red Onion and Tomatoes

Ingredients
red onion | 1 | large - peeled and sliced thin |
garlic clove | 2 | diced |
soy sauce | 3/4 tsp | |
olive oil | 3 Tbsps | |
top sirloin | 2 lbs | sliced into 1 inch strips |
plum tomato | 4 | chopped |
Directions
- In a large bowl combine the red onion, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil. Mix well.
- Add the filet mignon. Mix well and cover with plastic wrap.
- Place in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
- Heat a frying pan over high heat.
- Add the filet mignon mixture and tomatoes and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes or until the meat is cooked.
