Ssamjang recipe. This is a classic Korean hot sauce that goes great on cooked meat.
|sunchang gochujang||1 cup|
|sesame oil||1/2 tsp||to taste|
|green onion||2||sliced thin|
- In a bowl combine the minced onion, minced garlic, doejang, and sunchang gochujang.
- Mix well till it is all combined.
- Drizzle in the sesame oil to taste and continue to mix.
- Add the thinly sliced green onion and continue to mix.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator for one hour or until you are ready to serve.
