Ingredients


pear 3 ripe
nutmeg 1 tsp


Directions

  1. Peel the pear.
  2. Slice the pear into quarters and remove the stem and seeds.
  3. Place the pears into a food processor with the nutmeg and puree.


Notes

If the pears are not soft you can boil them in water for 10 minutes before pureeing. Allow to completely cool before serving.
