Jicama and Red Bell Pepper Salad Recipe. This is one of the prettiest salads a home chef can make. The color combination of the red bell peppers, jicama, and cilantro are awesome. What's even better is the taste.

Ingredients


jicama 1 peeled and julienned
red bell pepper 1 seeded and julienned
green onion 2 sliced thin
cilantro 2 Tbsps diced
lemon 1 juiced
sugar 1 Tbsp
salt 1 tsp
Tabasco Sauce 1 tsp
garlic clove 2 diced
oil 1/3 cup


Directions

  1. Combine the jicama, red bell pepper, green onion, and cilantro.
  2. In a small bowl combine the lemon juice, sugar, salt, tabasco sauce, and garlic.
  3. Drizzle in the oil and mix thoroughly.
  4. Add the dressing to the vegetables to taste and serve.
