Creole Vegetable Dip. A spicy little dip for your cool crunchy vegetables. This is also great as a spread for hamburgers or sandwiches.

Ingredients
| mayonnaise | 1 cup | |
| chili sauce | 2/3 cup | |
| Italian parsley | 1 1/2 Tbsps | |
| green onion | 1 1/2 Tbsps | |
| sugar | 1/2 tsp | |
| salt | 1/4 tsp | to taste |
| black pepper | 1/4 tsp | to taste |
| Tabasco Sauce | 1/2 tsp | to taste |
Directions
- In a bowl combine the mayonnaise, chili sauce, Italian parsley, and green onion. Stir well.
- Add the sugar, salt, black pepper, and Tabasco sauce. Stir well.
- Serve with raw vegetables or use as a sandwich spread.
