Change to:
Creole Rice Recipe. This is one of the easiest ways to make rice and it is delicious. A must with Red Beans.

Ingredients


converted rice 2 cups
chicken broth 2 1/2 cups
bell pepper 1 1/2 Tbsps diced
celery stalk 1 1/2 Tbsps diced
onion 1 1/2 Tbsps diced
unsalted butter 1 1/2 Tbsps melted
salt 1/2 tsp
garlic powder 1 pinch
cayenne pepper 1 pinch
black pepper 1 pinch
white pepper 1 pinch


Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a baking dish combine the converted rice, chicken broth, bell pepper, celery, onion, melted butter, salt, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and white pepper.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
  5. Place in the oven and bake for 45 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
