|chick-pea (canned)||1 cup||drained|
|lemon juice||1/4 cup|
|olive oil||1/4 cup|
|chipotle chile (canned)||1||seeded & chopped|
|cumin||1/2 tsp||to taste|
- In a food processor combine the chickpeas, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, chipotle chile, cumin, and salt. Pulse until smooth. Add a small quantity of water if it is needed.
- Remove to a serving bowl and stir in the cilantro.
A food processor will be needed to make this recipe properly.
