Beer Boiled Shrimp. This is what I like to call a disarming dish because you have to eat it with your hands. You'll start by peeling the shell off the shrimp. Then you'll use the pinch, twist, and pull technique to get the shrimp to release from the tail. There is no graceful way to do this but it's lots of fun and the shrimp is just delicious.

Ingredients

beer 2 cups
Old Bay seasoning 1 Tbsp
lemon 1 juiced
shrimp 1 lb shell on

Directions

  1. In a saucepan combine the beer, Old Bay Seasoning, and lemon.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add the shrimp and boil for 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Ladle the shrimp and boiling mixture into a large bowl and serve.
