Baby Lettuces and Greens with Garlic Dijon Vinaigrette
Baby Lettuces and Greens with a Garlic Dijon Vinaigrette. A sophisticated tangy salad that takes less than 5 minutes to make. It doesn't get any easier.
|black pepper||1/4 tsp|
|Dijon mustard||2 tsps|
|red wine vinegar||1 Tbsp|
|olive oil||2 Tbsps|
|baby lettuces and greens||1/2 lb|
- Place the diced garlic in the base of a salad bowl.
- Sprinkle with black pepper and salt.
- Spoon in the Dijon mustard.
- Drizzle in the red wine vinegar.
- Start mixing with a fork and drizzle in the olive oil. Combine well.
- Drop in the baby lettuces and greens.
- Toss and serve.
