Baby Lettuces and Greens with a Garlic Dijon Vinaigrette. A sophisticated tangy salad that takes less than 5 minutes to make. It doesn't get any easier.

Ingredients


garlic clove 2 diced
black pepper 1/4 tsp
salt 1/4 tsp
Dijon mustard 2 tsps
red wine vinegar 1 Tbsp
olive oil 2 Tbsps
baby lettuces and greens 1/2 lb


Directions


  1. Place the diced garlic in the base of a salad bowl.
  2. Sprinkle with black pepper and salt.
  3. Spoon in the Dijon mustard.
  4. Drizzle in the red wine vinegar.
  5. Start mixing with a fork and drizzle in the olive oil. Combine well.
  6. Drop in the baby lettuces and greens.
  7. Toss and serve.
