Do you Know How to Eat Steak?

Thursday, December 6th, 2007

Many of you out there probably do not know how to properly eat a steak.

You might be thinking c’mon I slice the meat and eat it right? Yeah that’s basically it but the greater question is where do you slice the meat? Ahaa!

Many believe that the first taste is the best taste of eating and drinking. After that it’s all down hill. So shouldn’t your first taste come from the best part of the steak?

The best part of the steak is in the dead center. It is the most tender melt in your mouth part of a cooked steak. So slice it down the middle

The ends of the steak are the most cooked and toughest part of the steak. They’re good but not as good as the middle cut.

So if you want to have a little fun at your next steak eating event watch how everyone slices their steak. For those who are doing it wrong stop them and explain why.
